Slowly and carefully the Creator began to explain the process ending with the promise that one day, after the results of unfaithfulness are fully revealed, He would bring all creation back under His authority. A great hush spread through the forest as all creation heard these once unimaginable words... a volunteer to die in man’s place? To be the type for the One who will one day become the sacrifice for all? Adam stared at the ground, no longer able to look into the eyes of his animals. What God required was almost too much for him to bear. The man dared not even think of which one of his friends might volunteer its life to cover his nakedness.
